Austin Named Best State Capital To Live In
In another accolade for Austin, WalletHub’s 2024 report, titled “Best State Capitals To Live In,” named our fair city as the number one spot out of the 50 in the nation.
The latest numbers from Rent.com indicate that Austin recently witnessed a 12% year-over-year decline in rents, the second steepest drop among major metros in the U.S.
In a sign of Austin’s popularity, a recent report from CBRE indicates that the city leads the pack nationally for corporate headquarters relocations, boasting a total of 66 over the past five years.
