Austin Active Home Listings Rising
In a continuation of a recent trend, the latest numbers from the Austin Board of REALTORS® show a significant increase in the number of active home listings in the Austin metro area.
According to the most recent market data, our local market has experienced a nearly 26% year-over-year increase in active home listings, the highest level since 2011.
In a new report published by RentCafe, Round Rock, Texas was ranked as the 6th best city in the country for renters. It was one of six Texas cities to make the report’s top 50 nationally.
